Selection is great, very clean and organized. Down sides are some items had no tags/Ross prices and the person overseeing the bathrooms/changing rooms was short tempered and rude.

Cashier & Front end supervisor were polite & very nice. I needed a last minute outfit for an interview same morning. Got there at open so was able to get an outfit. The staff was nice enough to let me change into the outfit after I paid... The fitting room last lady was a different story. I used to work at Ross a looong time ago she was on a weird power trip. She didn't believe I had permission to change into the clothes into the store. I even told her radio the front door verification. She said she didn't know who was working in the front blah blah blah... Lady acted like a troll until I finally said how about I just go up there and wait in line and ask the cashier or team lead to come back with me. She finally got on her walkie & confirmed. Weirdo

The checkout line at this location is always suuuuper long. They need to hire more staff to remedy this problem. Otherwise, it's a great store and the staff are always very friendly and helpful!

Two items I picked up had blank tags and no Ross prices. Many things were disorganized in the aisles. No air conditioning in the fitting rooms, you’ll get yelled at for having a drink, the fitting room attendant leaves and then runs back to yell at you to hang it up right. I’m not a child. Retrain your employee, I don’t work here and don’t have to follow random rules.

The line was so long, the inventory was poor, I don’t know if it’s cause it’s Memorial Day weekend but damn that’s the lowest of Ross I’ve ever been to. But the chasser was very sweet.

Love this place! I've visited several Ross stores and they don't disappoint. Big selection of men and women items at great prices. Every time I'm in Texas I have to visit a store!!
